Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Westover.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Westover we can nail down the actual value of your rental.
