If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Wellington_Commons.

The Realtor will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Wellington_Commons we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
