If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Vauxcleuse.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property.
