If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Vauxcleuse.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Vauxcleuse we can nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
