If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Sequoyah.
The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Sequoyah we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
