If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Sequoyah.
The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Sequoyah we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
