If your home needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Riverside_Terrace.

The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Riverside_Terrace we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
