If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Riverside_terrace.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Riverside_terrace we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
