If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Plymouth_Haven.

The Realtor will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Plymouth_Haven we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
