If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Parker_Gray.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Parker_Gray we can best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
