If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Overlook.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Overlook we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
