If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Olde_Towne_Alexandria.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Olde_Towne_Alexandria we can best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
