During the lease term in Olde_towne_alexandria

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental property in Olde_towne_alexandria, the tenant must allow us to go into the rental. Some justifiable reasons to go into rental are to:

  • Make repairs or alterations,
  • Provide agreed services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent prior to coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Olde_towne_alexandria. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
