If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Old_Town_Alexamdria.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Old_Town_Alexamdria we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
