Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Old_town_alexamdria.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Old_town_alexamdria we can help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
