If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Northampton.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Northampton we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
