If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Huntington_Station.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property.
