If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Huntington_station.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Huntington_station we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
