If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Holland_Towne.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Holland_Towne we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
