If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Holland_towne.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Holland_towne we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
