If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Fountains.

The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Fountains we can best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
