If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Fort_Ellsworth.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property.
