If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Fort_ellsworth.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Fort_ellsworth we will best know the market value of your property.
