If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Fords_Landing.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Fords_Landing we will nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
