If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fords_landing.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Fords_landing we can best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
