If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Fair_Haven.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Fair_Haven we can nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
