During the lease term in Fair_haven

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Fair_haven. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
