If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Duke_Gardens.

The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Duke_Gardens we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
