If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Colonial_Acres.

The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Colonial_Acres we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
