Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Bolling_Brook_Towers.
The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.
