If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Bolling_Brook_Towers.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Bolling_Brook_Towers we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
