If your rental requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Bolling_brook_towers.

The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Bolling_brook_towers we can help determine the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
