If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Birdie_May_Mason.
The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Birdie_May_Mason we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
