If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Belle_Haven_On_the_Green.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Belle_Haven_On_the_Green we will nail down the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
