If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Belle_haven_on_the_green.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Belle_haven_on_the_green we can nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
