If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Backyard_Boats.
The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Backyard_Boats we can help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
