If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Backyard_boats.
The Realtor will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Backyard_boats we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
