If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Olde_Towne_Alexandria.

The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Olde_Towne_Alexandria we will help determine the actual value of your home.
