If your rental requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Northampton_Place.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Northampton_Place we will help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
