If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Fairlington_meadows.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Fairlington_meadows we can help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
