During the lease term in Westhaven

During tenancy, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As managing agents Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental property in Westhaven, the renter must allow us to go into the rental home. Some justifiable reasons to access rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Perform maintenance or decorate,
  • Supply required services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent prior to coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Westhaven. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
