During the lease term in Mill Run Crossing

During lease, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental in Mill Run Crossing, the tenant must allow us to go into the rental property. Some justifiable reasons to enter rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Make repairs or alterations,
  • Supply agreed services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent prior to coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Mill Run Crossing. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
