During the lease term in Kings Manor Towne Houses

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental property in Kings Manor Towne Houses, the tenant must allow us to come into the rental home. Some valid reasons to come into rental are to:

- Supply agreed services, or
- Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations.
