During the lease term in Broyhill Langley Estates

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental home in Broyhill Langley Estates, the renter must allow us to enter the rental property. Some solid reasons to enter rental home are to:
- Inspect the rental,
- Make repairs or alterations,
- Supply agreed services, or
- Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent before entering the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Broyhill Langley Estates. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
