During the lease term in Lyonhurst

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental property in Lyonhurst, the tenant must allow us to enter the rental. Some solid reasons to go into rental home are to:

  • Inspect the rental property,
  • Perform maintenance or improvements,
  • Provide agreed services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent prior to entering the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental property without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Lyonhurst. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
