During the lease term in Fallview
During lease, the rental belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental in Fallview, the renter must allow us to come into the rental. Some justifiable reasons to enter rental home are to:

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Fallview. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
