During the lease term in Atrium Condo
During tenancy, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental home, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental home in Atrium Condo, the renter must allow us to access the rental home. Some good reasons to come into rental property are to:
- Inspect the rental,
- Make repairs or alterations,
- Provide agreed services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent before coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Atrium Condo. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
