Listed below you will find a list of each subdivision (or condo) with properties for sale in Port Royal Condominium. The list below is compiled from listings currently available today. This list is refreshed every 15 minutes or so to ensure that we're providing timely information which you may depend on. The information compiled below is taken directly from the MLS database, so there are a couple of quirks to be aware of.
You might spot a subdivision listed more than once.
You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) collected below were all typed into the MLS database by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there will be spelling errors. Of course sometimes, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a property has sold when actually the error was corrected.
And, there may be some variation as to what exactly a specific neighborhood is named. If there is just one letter of difference between two entries this will be counted separately. Thus, when you really want to get a count, you should consider all possible variations of the subdivision's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are sometimes called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a for sale sign up but the subdivision isn't listed below."
Is there a different way to spell this particular subdivision?
Of course, for the reason stated above, make sure you watch out for all possible variations of the spelling.
Is the listing for lease?
This tally does not cover rental properties. So, it's possible that the sign you saw was for a rental. And, this tally
exclusively covers listings on the market in Port Royal Condominium.
Is the property in coming-soon status?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are some properties that have a sign posted that are not
active.
For instance, sometimes a for sale is posted because the property is
coming soon. A listing that is coming-soon is not
yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents have access to information about properties that are coming-soon. Also, the Multiple Listing Service does not allow us to include those listings in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific subdivision, you'll have to email us directly.
Is the property under-contract?
Furthermore, it happens that a listing is already
under contract when you spot the sign posted. Sold or under-contract signs don't go up immediately. In addition, sometimes that the listing agent is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract riders. For these reasons, you might see a for sale sign posted when a listing is not active.

You can sort the subdivisions by count or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for sorting the subdivisions. Above all, when you sort by listing count, just remember the points above, because those tallies aren't 100% accurate. Nevertheless, the data is still useful.
