Below you will see a accounting of every subdivision (or condo) with real estate on the market in Hillwood. This list is compiled from listings currently available today. The list below is refreshed throughout the day (and night) to ensure that Nesbitt Realty is providing fresh data which you can rely on. The tallies collected below is pulled directly from the MLS database, so there are a couple of tips to keep in mind.
You may spot a subdivision listed more than once.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condos) compiled below were all put into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there will be spelling errors. Later, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has sold when actually the listing was updated.
Not to mention, there may be some variation as to what exactly a specific neighborhood is called. If there is just one character of difference between two entries this will be counted separately. So, if you really need to get a count, you should consider all possible variations of the subdivision's name. Case in point, Midtown condominiums near the Huntington Metro are sometimes entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign up but the subdivision isn't found below."
Is there another way to spell this specific neighborhood?
As a matter of course, for the reason stated above, try to you double-check all possible variations of the name.
Is the property for rent?
This list does not cover rentals. Hence, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental. Furthermore, this list
exclusively includes listings on the market in Hillwood.
Is the listing coming soon?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are many properties which have a sign posted that are not
active.
For example, sometimes a sign is up because the property is
coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents can access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. In addition, the MLS database does not allow us to count those listings in our list. If you want to know about coming-soon real estate in a specific neighborhood, you'll have to contact Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the listing sold?
In addition, it happens that a listing is already sold when you spot the for sale up. Sold or under-contract signs aren't posted instantly. In addition, it happens that the Realtor is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract riders. For these reasons, you may see a sign up when a listing is not active.

The arrows at the header below are useful for sorting the neighborhoods. But, when you sort by listing count, just remember the points above, because those tallies aren't always true. Still, the data is still pretty accurate.
