Barrington In Fairfax Station

Barrington is a neighborhood in Fairfax Station, Virginia. It consists of 476 executive-style brick or stucco single-family homes. It is located near the intersection of Routes 123 (Ox Road) and 600 (Silverbrook Road), and only minutes from the Fairfax County Parkway and I-95. The community was first developed in the late 1980s and completed in 1999. It features homes constructed by Poretsky, Stanley Martin, Winchester, Renaissance, Comstock, and the Haddon Group. The swimming pool is the focus of activity in the summer months, hosting the Barrington Blue Fins Swim Team. The Fairfax County trail system is directly accessible from three different locations in the community. It offers paved jogging, biking, and walking access to Burke Lake, Lake Mercer, and the South Run Recreation Center. Elementary age children from the Barrington attend Silverbrook Elementary School, located less than one mile away.
