Beacon Heights is the neighborhood that goes from the southern border of Beacon Hill Road to the northern point of Fair View Dr. On the eastern grid of Beacon Heights Rt. 1 continues until meeting Quander Rd. West Potomac High school and Quander Road School are located on Quander Road. This area also has access to the Rt. 1 resources.
